She is a is celebrated textile artist, author and master teacher who is recognized for her hand dyed, woven textiles. Mary has studied indigenous dying and weaving techniques around the world and her designs incorporate motifs from many traditional societies and cultures. She uses traditional Ikat weaving techniques to reinterpret ancient design elements into bold and
