We met this British champ at the 2007 Jan Tana Pro bodybuilding event

the latter session would be our last with her until 12 years later

where she did some very strong lifts

Shelley competed as a pro for a couple of years before retiring from the sport for good in the early 90’s

WPW 112 - Denise Rutkowski (now on 195), Cathey Compton (now on 184) & Peg Ouwerling [Digital Download] wpp so this releaseDenise was competing locally in Texas, then California, when she traveled to New Jersey to compete in the 1988 Extravaganza Strength Contest she was in huge shape at 5'6" 165 pounds. We did our first of several photo video shoots with her at this time and she posed in four outfits and was interviewed. NOTE: All of this footage, except for the interview, is on her 195 compilation DVD, which contains the 'best of' Denise from a few other videos as well.
