The silver top of the seal is studded with hundreds of faceted Bohemian garnet stones. The garnet top is attached to a brass seal engraved with the monogram 'WT' or 'ML'. The seal is interchangeable and can be screwed in and out. There is a black thread woven around the top of the brass seal to ensure it remains secure in its fixture.
